Amongst many other consequences, housing instability is a common outcome of substance abuse. Sometimes, substance abuse can be both the cause and the result of homelessness.

Short-Term Support
Crisis/Respite Residential Service
This service provides a safe, supportive, and supervised residential setting for people requiring respite support.

Long-Term Support
Supportive Addiction and Mental Health Housing (SAMH)
This program is designed to support people with addictive substance use and concurrent mental health needs who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or who are considered inadequately housed.
Addiction Medicine Program (AMP)
This is a specialized inpatient program that aims to treat individuals with substance use issues.
Residential Treatment Program
This program offers 4.5–6 months of residential stay that’s tailored to the specific needs of individuals with chronic and acute substance abuse issues.
